    UPDATE:
    We replaced a failed power supply and found one of the drives in the RAID array had also failed, so that's been replaced, and the array is currently rebuilding offline.

  • On Friday and Saturday, Feb 22nd and 23rd, we will be performing some critical network maintenance that will require several hours of down time. We will be working overnight on those days to try and minimize the impact this will have. We have scheduled the following downtimes for the specified server:

Daily maintenance windows (En Progreso)

  • Daily Maintenance Windows

    Our daily maintenance windows are between 10PM and 2AM (Pacific) every day. During these maintenance windows, we perform system and security upgrades, server backups, and other periodic maintenance and improvements.

    In general, most maintenance activities will result in little or no interruption of services due to the redundancy we have built into our network. In some rare cases, downtime may be as long as 15 minutes while a server reboots.
