RISP provides several web access portals to different functions that allow you to manage your account. Be sure that you are using the correct login to each portal. All of our access portals have password rest buttons in the event that you forget yours. Be sure to set up an alternative email address in order to use the reset function.
central.reliableisp.net - Central accounting portal
- Services and product management
- Billing and payments
- Access via email address used to setup account. The password reset request will be sent to that email address. Additional accounts and logins can be set up.
cpanel.yourdomain - cPanel hosting account administration portal
- User and email management
- Website management
- Domain management
- File management
- Access via account name used when setting up hosting account. Account name is one word based on domain name.
webmail.yourdomain - Webmail access to your email (NOTE: ipns.com customers use www.reliableisp.net)
- Roundcube to access email (ipns.com customers use Ensignia)
- Access is via full email address and password.
gateway.ipns.com - Gateway mail server portal
- Examine and manage email transit, quarantine, whitelist and blacklist management
- Access is via email address and password. Each user has access to their own email data.
